On Thursday morning, the 24th of February, we will be upgrading our database infrastructure. Lookout will appear "Down for maintenance". This will affect:
- Lookout Admin - Lookout Client App - Lookout Support Worker App (including checking-in and checking-out)
The database upgrade will increase your data's security, reliability, and performance in Lookout.
The upgrade will take up to an hour and will happen on Thursday morning, the 24th of February at:
- 3-4 am Brisbane time - 4-5 am Sydney and Melbourne time - 6-7 am Auckland time
