Database connectivity issue

At approximately 9:41pm AEST our monitoring alerted us to issues connecting to our primary database. At 9:47pm AEST the automatic monitoring provided by our upstream supplier activated and the database access was repaired within minutes. By 9:49pm AEST monitoring indicated normal database access had been restored.
