Minor disruption to third-party integrations

Between approximately 5pm and 7:30pm AEST (7am to 9:30am UTC), there was a significant incident with a US-based infrastructure provider. While the Lookout platform remained largely unaffected (as we're hosted in Australia) some third-party integration behaviour was temporarily disrupted– primarily SMS delivery, and Intercom integration data synchronisation. A side-effect of the US-based incident was that we were unable to update our status page to broadcast this disruption.
