Scheduled downtime for Services Australia Support at Home APIs

Services Australia has advised that scheduled maintenance will be performed on Services Australia’s production aged care systems between 20:00 Saturday 17th October and 6:00 on Sunday 18th October 2026 (AEDT).

System outages are expected to impact Support at Home APIs during this this period. Residential care APIs are not expected to be impacted.

Lookout's nightly sync of funding source data will occur later in the morning, from 7:00 on Sunday, October 18 (AEDT), in order to work around the scheduled downtime.
