We are conducting a network upgrade to remove limitations from our existing infrastructure, as well as performing routine maintenance to enhance the performance and reliability of Lookout.

The upgrade will take up to an hour and will happen on Tuesday morning, the 25th of July at:

- 3:00am - 4:00am AEST
- 5:00am - 6:00am NZST

Lookout will be temporarily unavailable, which will affect:

- Lookout Admin
- Lookout Client App
- Lookout Support Worker App
- Lookout Connect
- Lookout Platform API
