Services Australia is experiencing an incident with their production APIs. These errors are platform wide in the Services Australia production environment and will impact all providers using their PRODA and Aged Care APIs. You may notice data not syncing for Support at Home memberships in your Lookout instance due to this issue. We are monitoring Services Australia's API performance and will ensure all data is synced when the issue has been resolved.
